Kray Chic Creative Solutions was founded on a shared passion for creativity, design, and helping others bring their ideas to life. With decades of experience across fashion, events, design, and client services, we combine artistic vision with thoughtful planning to create unique and memorable results.

From styling spaces and planning celebrations to designing florals, treats, and custom pieces, our goal is simple: to turn inspiration into something beautiful, personal, and unforgettable.

LARRY KRALOWSKI | CREATIVE DIRECTOR

LIFELONG CREATIVE WITH MORE THAN 3 decades of bridal, styling & design

Larry brings more than three decades of experience in the bridal and fashion industry, blending an eye for style with a deep understanding of design, presentation, and personal expression. As the former owner of Kray Chic, a boutique bridal salon specializing in bridal and evening wear, he built a reputation for helping clients find pieces that truly reflect their personality and vision.

Today, Larry works as a national sales director and consultant in the wholesale bridal industry, partnering with retailers across the Midwest. Over the years, he has also become well known for his work in pageant and formalwear styling, helping design and select gowns for competitors at the highest levels—including the 2008 Miss America and 2010 Miss USA winners, both representing Michigan.

Based in McCordsville, Indiana, Larry continues to share his passion for fashion, design, and creative collaboration, bringing decades of industry insight to every project he touches.

BILL RAY | OPERATIONS + CLIENT STRATEGY

strategic leader with 4 decades of corporate management & client experience

Bill spent more than 40 years with JPMorgan Chase, building a successful career in corporate leadership and human resources management. A graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, he brings strong organizational expertise, strategic thinking, and a people-first mindset to every endeavor.

While his professional career was rooted in corporate leadership, Bill has long been connected to the bridal and pageant industries, working behind the scenes consulting on wardrobe selections and presentation for numerous state and national competitors. His ability to combine thoughtful guidance with an appreciation for style and detail has made him a trusted voice in the creative process.

Now based in McCordsville, Indiana, Bill enjoys traveling, cheering on Michigan athletics (Go Blue!), and spending time with his daughter Emily, son-in-law Andrew, and his two granddaughters.
